The program
Apollos Planning sends text messages and makes calls only to people who ask us to. Messages are about the conversation you requested, answers to your questions, appointment reminders, and the insurance products you asked about. Texts come from [TEXTING NUMBER]. The consent wording
Our forms include a separate checkbox with this exact wording:
I agree to receive calls and text messages from Apollos Planning at the number provided, including by autodialer or prerecorded message, about insurance products. Consent is not required to book or to purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. This consent applies only to Apollos Planning and is never shared.
The version of this wording currently in use is tcpa-2026-10-31. We record which version you saw when you checked the box.
Consent is optional
- The box is unchecked by default. You do not have to check it.
- Consent is not a condition of booking a conversation or of buying any product.
- If you do not check it, we reply only the way you asked: by email, or by a personal call or text answering your request. We send no other calls or texts.
How often

Cost
Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts. You can also tell us by phone or email that you want calls or texts to stop. To start again, reply START or check the box on a new form.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number is not shared
Your consent applies only to Apollos Planning and is never shared. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our text messaging provider ([TEXTING PROVIDER]) processes messages only to deliver them for us. See our privacy notice, including how long we keep consent records.
Changes
If we change these terms or the consent wording, we will update this page and the consent version, and we will not treat old consent as covering new kinds of messages. [REVIEW BY COUNSEL]
